JC PENNY CARD ACCOUNTS

HELLO I would like to know if anyone out there has had any problems with there jc penny credit card account I   have bc every time I make a payment no matter if its cash or check they take 2 days or longer to post to my account let me give you all 1 situation on Friday December 17 2010 I made a minimum payment of what was due which was $20 on the due date which was Friday December 17 2010 I made it on time on the due date and they charged a late fee for no reason whatsoever I tried in good faith to resolve the late fee issue with them but to no avail they said that when you make a payment on the weekend they dont post the payment untill the following businerss day but  the available credit is made available right away I had $16 available credit then when I made the $20 payment in cash in the store my available credit was $36 when I left the store the next day on Saturday December 18  2010 I was charged a $20 fee just for making an on time payment they charged a $20 late fee I tried to ask then over the phone several times why the fee was charged to me in the first place but the said the $20 late fee will drop off on Monday December 20 2010 but I tried to ask them again why was it charged to me in the first place no answer so I am suggesting  all of you out there who have JCPENNY credit cards issued by GE MONEY BANK to close them up and pay off the balance owed then cut the card up and throw it away I cant  make you all out there do that but GE MONEY BANK is fee happy all they care about is the fees they make and not the customers bye bye for now have a great weekend talk to you all again very,very soon Gene G Jr PS:if any of you have any questions about this blog please feel free to email me at the following email address:geneg1221@comcast.net 24/7 thanx
